Host can't suspend after using Virtualbox
Reported by: | Dâniel Fraga | Owned by: | |
---|---|---|---|
Component: | other | Version: | VirtualBox 3.1.0 |
Keywords: | linux suspend | Cc: | |
Guest type: | Windows | Host type: | Linux |
Description
I use Virtualbox to run Windows XP and AnyDVD HD (and for it to run properly I must enable the CDROM Passthrough option).
Everything works ok, but when I leave Virtualbox and try to suspend, Linux will freeze at the beggining of suspend process and not suspend at all.
My motherboard: Asus M2N-E Linux 2.6.32 (happens with previous versions too) AMD64 Virtualbox 3.1.0 (also happens with previous versions)
If you need more information, just ask.

Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 3.2.6. In that case please attach a VBox.log file of a VM session which you executed before you tried to suspend the host.
