Incorrect detection of AMD-V settings

Description
When I start the VM, it alerts me that I have AMD-V off, and that it might not work. I have said okay, thinking it'd work. It didn't. I tried turning it off the computer, turn it off, change the AMD-V settings and it still didn't work. I saw this bug before on another post here: http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/2061
