i get a guru meditation every 10 minutes under ubuntu 9.10 61 bits machine is a HP P6159ES (with CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 and 8G memory) guests are currently centos 5.4 64 bits but i experienced the same problem with solaris 10 64 bits instances. attached is an example log of this problem BR,

Are you using some real-time kernel? Looks like your kernel is rescheduling threads when it should *not* do that.
