Host hangs when launching shortcut to VirtualBox.exe

Description
Tried to find a resolution on the forums first: http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26725
My host system hangs as soon as I try to launch the program. As mentioned on the forums, It was working as of January 7th and has not worked since then.
I am attaching my systeminfo and a minidump analysis from Microsoft's Debug Diagnostic tool.
