Virtualbox don't working properly after install catalyst 10.2

Hi, I have installed the new catalyst 10.2 driver (after uninstall previous 9.11) but after reboot my system I couldn't use VirtualBox 3.0.12 Virtual Machines. When I try to initiate a VM a message appears and says "loadlibrary failed with error 126". I have searched in google for this error but I haven't found any answer. I tried install Virtualbox 3.1.4 without results. I tried to uninstall and install Catalyst 10.2 and Virtualbox 3.1.4 several times in different order (rebooting system after installing each one) without results. Already tired of experiments, I installed Catalyst 9.11 again and I could run VM's, but I can't now select the graphic acceleration and I get a VBoxTestOGL.exe problem when I try to change VM's configurations. Can someone help with this problem?
