Solaris Nautilus mouse problem

Description
Upon opening a Nautilus/file browser window, the mouse integration gets "funky". Clicking randomly does/doesn't work, but keyboard commands do work. Also of note, some items will properly rollover when the mouse hovers, but some won't. Closing Nautilus window (via keyboard) returns mouse to normal operation.
