bug tracker apparently doesn't search on "component"

Description
I submitted bug #6375. A day later it was (correctly) marked as a duplicate of #5062. Both are currently listed as having component "OVF". In the interest of not making more work for you in future, I searched on OVF in the tracker, and discovered that #5062 isn't shown.
If you included the component as a searchable field, you might get fewer duplicate bug reports.

Given that you can't even get to the link you post from the menus on the site, you can hardly expect people to find it.

Oh, and on the page I mentioned above, there is even an advanced search where you can search for many other things.
Please have a look at this page and search for the string OVF.
