VirtualBox Host-Only Network prevents MS Office Communicator 2007 R2 desktop sharing

When I try to share my desktop via MS Office Communicator 2007 R2, it always fails to establish connection. I did a bit of research and found out, that after disabling VirtualBox Host-Only Network adapter it starts working normally.
Honestly I have no idea it there is a problem with MS Office Communicator or VirtualBox. However, VMWare adapters doesn't cause such problems.
