critical error after return from suspend mode

Description
After return from suspend mode on windows(XP) host and linux guest(gentoo 2.6.32-x86) I receive message with "Guru meditation" subject. VM start without this mesage only after reboot computer.

Looks like you run a different VMM in parallel to VBox. This is not supported.
