Description
How to reproduce:
On fully updated Windows 7 Profesionall English and Virtualbox 3.16:
- Install Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (English, US Keyboard).
1b. Start Ubuntu 10.04 and login as normal user.
- Install Mathematica 7 from root acount (when asked for license, choose 2 (network) and type localhost as your license server - Mathematica won't work, but you will see 100% CPU load)
- Run mathematica from console (as normal user)
Everything works fine with Virtualbox 3.08 OSE from Ubuntu 9.10 host.
'top' shows, that there are 3 tasks which consume CPU resources (every uses ~30%):

I've installed Virtualbox 3.2.10 and enable Virtualization on my BIOS (HP 6710b, priviously Virtualization was disabled). Now it's much better, but 'mathematica' still consumes 30% of CPU time (in 'top' this is 10% MathKernel, 10% Mathematica, 10% java). Although I think it's OK and not a big problem (and maybe installation of Guest Additions will help, which are already not installed).
(this is continuation of ticket discription)
java ~ 30% Mathematica ~30% MathKernel ~30%
When correct network server license applied, gui started and nothing changes. 'top' says, thah this is 99% sys usage.
