BSOD host system is WinXP64 SP2 shortly after booting guest WinXPSP3 (x86)

Description

Blue Screen comes up a few moments after booting up the guest OS. Upon next host restart, guest OS can be booted with no issues. This has happened two mornings in a row. DMP files are attached.
