menu in guest integration mode shows incorrectly

Description
when run guest integration mode with menu showing at top of screen it becomes always shown. When targeting it going down more. When menu at bottom of the screen it doesn't works at all.

this happens only when Gnome top panel is visible. Also the same situation with bottom panel when menu is shown at bottom.
