Auto enable "Mount CD/DVD Drive" for new machines

Description
Today's systems have in nearly all cases a CD/DVD drive attached.
After creating a new machine in VirtualBox the option "Mount CD/DVD Drive" is not set. The default should be to auto enable this option to the first host CD/DVD drive.

There is a StartNewVM wizard in 1.4.0.
