guest freezes almost at start

Your host seems to be Compaq, not Mac - so this config is unsupported.

Your host seems to be Compaq, not Mac - so this config is unsupported.
what do you mean by Compaq? my host is Windows XP Prof edition SP2 running on HP 6730b. VirtualBox version 3.2.0 r61806
announced that Mac OS can be run under OS's different from Mac with VirtualBox 3.2 http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch03.html#intro-macosxguests

Running OSX on this hardware is not supported, and you violate Apple EULA. And don't waste developer's time reopening this issue, please.
