Wrong, the 3.2.0 changelog contains support for VDE.

hmmm...
yea, now I see it, just you chose to market it as "minor" feature.
In my opinion this feature is more useful, than, say, CPU hotplug, so if the latter deserves to be in the "major" list, so does VDE.
