When starting VM with 2 monitors, or running VM with 2 monitors, VBox creates 2 windows.
But a better behavior would be to display second window, _only_ if second virtual monitor is active from within guest.
If 2nd virtual monitor is inactive, 2nd window should not exist.

Done at least in VBox 4.2, perhaps even with VBox 4.1.
