After locking the Host System and let it fall into Sleep Mode and reactivate everything: The Guest System wasn't useable for some reason.
Look at the Printscreen I added (it's hard to explain).

Replying to fwalther: I forgot something: You can Switch to normal mode again with Host+L and now you can work normaly... but when i want to switch back again into seamless, sometimes i get the same problem again.
