Description
Just wanted to report a bug today. Several things got in the way:
- no obvious link to "report a new bug" at virtualbox.org or at virtualbox.org/ticket/xxxx
- Big warning about "no vbox.log file" reports, yet
- no instructions on or linked from the page for finding said file
- instructions in The Fine Manual don't say anything about where they are on MacOS (under ~/Library).
In short, the interface for bug reporters is not "discoverable."

How is a user supposed to figure out where to report a bug?

I don't think this it is that hard to find the page with the bug reports. Well, if nothing helps, there is the search function.

virtual box 4.1.14
some branded usb flash drives are not detected giving error "unable to connect--busy with a previous request".
some sub devices are working fine. my question is how to remove previous request from the machine so that each every usb flash drives should be connected without any problem.guest edition&extnsion packs with same ver number have been installed.guest and host machine is xpsp3.
Thanks for pointing this out. We didn't want to change the virtualbox.org front page, but we did update the "Bugtracker" wiki page with instructions on accessing the log file.
