USB bug caused by MS Office keyboard

If I have my Microsoft Office Keyboard attached, VirtualBox fails to detect all USB devices properly (and it even crash after the first detection). If I un-plug the keyboard, everything works okay.

E.g. if I have the keyboard attached, the following happens (see attached output of VBoxManage list usbhost.

Output of lsusb is attached as well.
