Host Computer Instantly Powers Off When Mouse Click Outside of Guest-VM Virtual Box 3.2.0 r61806

Description
Virtual Box 3.2.0 r61806 Linux 2.6.32-22 and as well corresponding Virtual Box 3.2.0 Latest on Mac 10.6.3
Host computer spontaneously powers off when mouse click occurs outside the Guest-VM Window. This occured on the latest release of 3.2 on SnowLeopard 10.6.3, as well as 3.2.0 r61806 on the linux kernel mentioned above.
All host systems are 64bit Kernels, no processor hardware virtualization capabilities.

Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 3.2.6. In that case, please attach a VBox.log file of a session which did _not_ poweroff the host (because in that case the log file is probably scrambled).
