Selection of the first iso in the disk manager only possible after a refresh

Description
After you added the first .iso CD-Image in the disk manager the selection of this image is possible only after a workaround.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the disk manager (CTRL+D), tab "CD/DVD": The list has to be empty!
- Create a new machine, mount the CD with a .iso selected via the disk manager: In the disk manager, tab "CD/DVD" choose "Add", select your .iso, the iso will be listed but the button "Select" is (still) disabled. You first have to click "Refresh" to enable the "Select" button.
