Cannot start Windows XP VM

Description
I recently upgraded to Virtualbox 3.2.4 and realized that the pass-through sound stopped working, so I tried shutting down the VM and when I turned it back on, it would not start up. It just halts at the Windows XP bootup splash screen with the bar scrolling across below the Windows logo. I have attached the log file. I previously used version 3.2.0 without a problem, so I tried downgrading to that version, but the VM will still not start. Any ideas?

Same problem happen with me. It halts at Windows XP boot logo with no HD read/write only with network connection's orange light(Bridged + NAT). It randomly happen. When it occured, even power it off and restart it the problem won't solve until I restart the host. It occured with same HD image with Win server 2003 & 2008 host.
