Dear Community,
Our virtual server fall down usually in 3-4 days period. The mentioned problem appeared till I started to use around 10-15 symlink on host side of VBox Shared Folders mounted by fstab
varwww /var/www/host vboxsf uid=www-data,gid=www-data 0 0
I think that problem has relation with this issue #2969
We use php4 guest for handling php4 scripts on common php5 host trough apache proxy
I'll attach following files:

Just one VM running.
Replaced contoller to sata. We will see
VBoxManage storagectl "php4-on-magentob" --name "php4-on-magentob.vdi" --add sata

Are there other VMs running on the same host? Note that often the hard disk is the limiting factor. You could also try to move the hard disk from the IDE controller to a SATA controller.
