Description
I've had a problem for a long time that upgrading never works smoothly and just sit there and I end up killing the installer, uninstalling my existing version, rebooting and trying again. Then it completes in a couple of minutes.
The hang happens before the several windows prompts about an unsigned driver etc.
Yes maybe the VB installer doesn't like something on my machine but fails to tell me or deal with it gracefully and this is a bug. I'd be worried if you also did databases. Hmmm.
Apart from the installer the product works.
Please could the installer have a checkbox to enable a window showing what exactly it's up to.

There's some good information there and I'll try it at next upgrade thanks.
However Microsoft don't do Cleanup anymore so the wiki needs fixing.
