Could not create the HDD

1) Install VB in the first time
2) Starting and will create mashine
3) When I creating new HDD with fixed size, I have a error:

Could not create the medium storage unit 'D:\VB\HDDs\R1.vdi'

Does the directory D:\VB\HDDs exist and does it have correct permissions?

Yes.
I am understand where the problem. I to have a FAT32 file system and would like to create 10GB HDD, VB generate exception, as one file in FAT32 can not be more 4GB.
