The problem happens if the taskbar is at the left/top side of the screen. Following the below steps to reproduce it
- Move taskbar to the left/top side of the screen.
- Let the guest os enter seamless mode.
- Move a window (guest os) in direction opposite to the taskbar (host os).

somthing to correct.
In step 3, you can move in drection to the taskbar or opposite the taskbar. Background isn't correctly erased at the side of the window which is against the movement.
