Yesterday I installed Ubuntu 9.10. Last night I powered off the machine; this morning I powered it on. The Ubuntu logo was fading and 'coming to light' as it usually does, and I was hoping for a login screen but things got interrupted by a VB message telling me to post this problem to this website.
