Description
I have installed Virtual box version 3.2.10 r66523 on Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise SP2 (host OS).
Guest OS is Windows 7 Proffesional. I cannot change keyboard input locale using keyboard combination <Left ALT>+<Shift>

If you intend to change the locale in the guest then the reason that it does not work is probably that your host will not pass this key combination to the VirtualBox application. I fear there is not much we can do about this.
