Do you have any VBox.log file from a session with this VM available? Not necessarily a hanging session, just want to see your VM configuration. And did you run VMs with an older version of VBox successfully on this kernel?

So VBox 3.2.12 sometimes oopses/hangs the host but VBox 3.2.10 does definitely not crash on your host? With the very same kernel (2.6.36-ARCH)?

Yes, today I checked 3.2.12 virtualbox-ose and virtualbox_bin packages ~10 times, then downgrade to virtualbox_bin 3.2.10 and it works for a couple hours, however 3.2.12 crashes after couple minutes.

Thanks for testing! I've prepared two test builds, one for 32-bit Linux hosts and one for 64-bit Linux hosts. Please install the proper build and test if you still experience the host oops/hang. Thank you!

I tested 32bit. It looks better. Probably this bug was fixed. VBox works for ~20 minutes.
