Critical error reported from guest window

A critical error is reported by the guest OS window stopping execution. Guest was simply running Windows Explorer.
Host: Windows 7 x64, 16GB RAM, 750GB HD, HP EliteBook 8540p Guest: Windows Server 2003 x86

Sorry about the missing attachment. The attachment page failed when I submitted the ticket.
As far as the error went it simply said that a critical error had occurred and the guest was being terminated. As soon as you click OK the guest window closed. This has happened to 2 different VMs now. One running Windows Server 2003 (from which the log/screen shot is attached) and one running Windows XP Pro.
If this isn't enough information please let me know what else is needed.

Are you using Hyper-V or VMWare at the same time as VirtualBox? This is not supported.

What does that mean? You'll have to provide more information if you want help. VBox.log at least and a proper description of 'critical error' (blue screen??).
