VirtualBox 4.0.2 cannot be installed on Windows 7 64bit

Description
Hello everyone,
I've downloaded "VirtualBox-4.0.2-69518-Win.exe" from "http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads", and saved it to my "E:\" (Hard disk). When I double-click on "VirtualBox-4.0.2-69518-Win.exe", a dialog box pops out, which says: "Installation failed! Error: System cannot find the specified path." After the dialog, nothing happens.
My main hardware and the OS are:
CPU: Intel Core i7 980x
Mather board: ASUS Sabertooth x58
RAM: DDR3 1333 4G x 3 (= 12G)
Free hard-disk-space: over 100 GigaBytes
Host OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (Language: Traditional Chinese)
Guest OS: (I didn't get that far.)

Is drive E: an external drive? What happens if you copy the package to C:\temp before trying to install it?
