Fullscreen mode goes fullscreen on primary monitor, rather than current

Description
In version 4.0.4, if using dual monitors, when going fullscreen, the desktop is made fullscreen on the primary monitor, regardless of the monitor on which the window currently resides. In previous versions, it used the current monitor, which was more desirable.

This also happens for maximised, where it maximises on the current display for about 1/4 of a second before flicking to the primary display as well as seemless mode.
Only started with 4.0.4.
As per the bottom lines of the attached log file, uScreenId is always 0.
