Description
I've n using the 3.2.12 for quite some time with windows 7 enterprise 64bits with eset smart security 4.2 wen I updated to the 4.0.4 version i lost internet conectivity and network conectivity completely

This sounds like the installation of the host-only networking driver failed for some reason. Uninstall VirtualBox and re-install it without the host-only networking driver.
