When starting a virtual machine, I get an error saying the Kernel Module cannot be loaded.

Description
When trying to start any virtual os on virtualbox, I get an error saying that the Kernel Module cannot be loaded and a second error saying that the virtual machine failed to load. Why does it do this every time i restart and reinstall the program?
