Not so smooth shutdown of Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

Description
Teh logging in the Server shows that there is a problemm with the shutdown. It is not a problem that the Server crashes or has problems with a start, but there is something that makes it unhappy. A screenshot and the log will be added.
