Description
Attempting to upgrade via yum from VirtualBox 4.0.4 to 4.0.6 fails on Fedora 14 x86_64 fails.
Output of yum -v -y update is attached.

I'm stupid. Apparently I still had VirtualBox running. The error message provided by yum is pretty much useless, but using rpm -e provides the information that an instance of VirtualBox is still running.
