Windows XP netcard doesnt work with "VirtualBox Bridged network driver" enabled

Description
after upgrade version 4.0.4 to 4.0.6 get troubles with networking of Host system (Windows XP SP2). after booting up a systyem local (physical) netcard properties fields "IP", "netmask" & "gateway" showed empty strings, inspite of "tcp/ip properties" are configured as "manual". changing properties of netcard didnt help (changes even didnt "appended" successfully). only turning "VirtualBox Bridged network driver" to "disabled" state allowed successful conection to local network (& internet).

today system even with disabled "VirtualBox Bridged network driver" failed to connect to network. uninstall v4.0.6. version 4.0.4 works more correctly.
