Extra window pops up after unfocusing open CD Image dialog

Description
Once you open the "Choose a virtual CD/DVD disk file...", unfocus the VirtualBox window, then switch focus back to VirtualBox window and a Linux-like dialog box appears. You are unable to interact with it, but a ESC or Cmd+. will get you out of the box.

This is a Qt bug and will be hopefully fixed when we go to a more recent release (currently 4.7.1).
