the Vbx told me to upload the logs here for help..

i will use the version 4.0.8 to see if i get the same error, i find why i have it, is caused for a driver of a missing hardware, i install the same distro in a real computer and see the installation log and find the error in the instalation but dont have the crash trying to boot the OS

You probably uploaded the wrong log file, VBox.log (without .3) would be probably the correct one. Any reason why you don't use the latest 4.0.x version, 4.0.8?
