Host process hangs randomly

The host process hangs once per 1-2 days. Crashes happen both when the guest/host are active or idle. Windows offers a dialog where I can choose to wait for the process to respond, or terminate it. The former option does not solve the problem, even when clicked several consecutive times.
Host: Windows 7 SP1 64bit Guest: Arch Linux
