Description
I get the following error message since july 24, 2011. W:GPG error: http://download.virtualbox.org natty Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available:NO_PUBKEY 54422A4B98AB5139, W:Failed to fetch http:// download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/dists/natty/ contrib/source/Sources 404 Not found E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

The reason is an invalid entry in your /etc/apt/sources.list file. There is no source package in the VirtualBox source repository. Just remove the deb-src line.
