Host crashes when booting Windows 7

Description
OS-X crashes at the end of the Windows 7 boot screen animation. The gray overlay window appears, telling the user to keep the power button pressed until power is turned off.
I can not test other host types, but Windows-XP and Kubuntu VMs seem to work. I have attached both the VBox log and the OS-X log of the crash.
And please fix bugs before introducing new features in the future. The quality of virtual box releases is gradually decreasing lately. I would hate to have to return to VMWare...
