VirtualBox GUI does not support Windows 7 Jump Lists for recent machines.

Description
Following on from a 2010 forum post http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=28017, this ticket is for the implementation of Windows 7 jumplists. As suggested in the forum posting, implementing a SHAddToRecentDocs call (from Shlobj.h) when Virtual Machines are started (or opened) on Windows XP and above should allow basic jumplist functionality.
