Problem installing V Box

Description
Tried to Install ‘V Box 4.1.2’ on my new ‘Win. 7 Ult.’ Laptop; received error message “2869”.
Since this is a clean install I have no logs (that I know of). I also looked through your ‘Frequently asked Questions’ section and could not find anything dealing with a clean install.
