if ".VirtualBox" exists, don't create "VirtualBox VMs"

Description (last modified by )
I upgraded from 3.2 to 4.1 then created a new virtual machine. 3.2 stores the meta data in "~/.VirtualBox" while 4.1 stores it in "~/VirtualBox VMs." So now my VM data is in two places.
When creating a new VM, if ".VirtualBox" exists and "VirtualBox VMs" does not, it would be nice if the ".VirtualBox" directory is used.
