Fullscreen mode does not work well in Xubuntu

Description
In xubuntu 7.10 host when I set the VM to show in full screen the top and bottom panels (from xubuntu taskbars) are still visible.

Same thing with ubuntu 7.10, virtualbox 1.5.0 (auto resize disabled), all desktop decorations disabled. The top and bottom panels are visible, along with a black border around the xp desktop. See attachment.
