Guest hangs after installing Sybase SQL Anywhere

Description
After installing Sybase SQL Anywhere 9 or SQL Anywhere 11 on Windows 7 SP1 (German with all Updates) and restarting the guest there is only a black-screen. Everthing works on Virtualbox 4.1.2.
