I downloaded the 4.1.6 and now Windows 7 doesn't work with OS X 10.5.8. Error message: "Implementation of the USB controller not found"

This happens if you have configured a VM for USB2 but didn't install the extension pack. Solution: Install the 4.1.6 extension pack from the official website.
