[feature-request] Please allow clones from running VMs

Hi,

Host: Win 7 x64 + VBox 4.1.6

For me, it is important to be able to clone from existing snapshot of running VM.

Since we speak about 'snapshots' -- there is no technical reason to forbid it.

- WinXP (clean)
|-- (SP3, offline snapshot) 
|---- current (running)

In this case I have a running Win XP VM, but would like to use it's SP3 snapshot to create a new linked clone.
