This issue is likely the same as #9965
Installed VirtualBox 4.1.6 with extension pack on Windows 7/64 on 22-Nov-11. Machine is set up with a Brother P-touch QL-550 printer connected through the host USB to the guest OS (Ubuntu 11.10). Four crashes since. I'm including the minidump of the latest.
Submitted the minidump for analysis to osronline.com. Results are attached. Primary analysis follows.

You said : Submitted the minidump for analysis to osronline.com. I looked up their site: The cost of our Crash and Hang Problem Analysis Service is $2499 per incident submitted. Don't tell me you paid 2500$ for that ??? I must have missed something.
Anyways. I read in soneone else problem description that this only happend is USB ports are mapped in the VM guest. I'll try to find out how to NOT have the VM see the USB ports, then.
